Irish Moss:
Sea moss, scientifically known as Chondrus crispus, is a type of marine algae that has been an integral part of human diets for centuries. Its historical consumption in regions such as the Caribbean and Ireland is complemented by its medicinal use in various cultures, addressing conditions like coughs, infections, and low libido.
Nature's Gift from the Ocean:
Scientifically recognized as Chondrus crispus, sea moss thrives along the rocky Atlantic coastlines, predominantly in regions spanning North America, the Caribbean Islands, and Europe. This edible seaweed resembles other marine vegetation, including kelp and dulse, and boasts the highest concentration of calcium found on Earth, along with a spectrum of essential minerals:
- Iodine
- Calcium
- Sulfur
- Potassium
- Copper
- Zinc
- Magnesium
Promoting Radiant Skin and Lustrous Hair:
Besides its inherent antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, sea moss is rich in antioxidants, making it a valuable ally in the fight against acne. Some even use sea moss topically to alleviate skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, burns, and psoriasis.
Preparation for Optimal Use:
Unlock the full potential of sea moss with these simple steps:
- Thoroughly wash the sea moss with spring water until it's clean.
- Soak it for 2-8 hours.
- Drain and rinse the sea moss.
- Blend it with fresh spring water.
- Store the mixture in a glass jar in the fridge and consume it within 3 weeks. Alternatively, you can freeze it to extend its shelf life up to 6 months.
Suitable for All Ages:
Enjoy the goodness of sea moss by following these recommended daily servings:
- Adults: 1-2 tablespoons daily.
- Children (over age 2): 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Gold or Purple Sea Moss?
Both varieties have their similarities; however, the key distinction lies in their drying times. Gold sea moss is dried for an extended period, while purple sea moss undergoes shorter drying times and tends to have slightly higher antioxidant content.

I can feel the difference when I don't use it, it is amazing for aches, pains, and especially arthritic knees!! Love it, will forever buy and recommend! Thank you!!
Love this product! My wife and I both use it everyday and have started noticing a big difference in how we feel after about a week. My wife doesn't like the taste, but it honestly doesn't bother me at all.

Very good quality of product but the only thing I’m curious about is the Cundrous crispis I’m hope I’m pronouncing it right but when it was soaked in water I saw little bumps on it and kinda smelled like fish but all in all I can tell that it was fresh
