Order Cancellation

• Subscription Service: You can manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard, including canceling, pausing, or skipping an upcoming shipment.

• Cancellation Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel it, please contact us promptly via email at support@thesmoothgeneration.com with your order number. We will assist you in canceling your order.

• Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, the sale is considered final.
