The Alkaline Tea
This is one of my favorite teas of them all. Simple to make and elderberries make it taste like juice almost. I was surprised with a little of honey and key-lime added how good it tasted.
My iron levels have gone up after adding guaco and yellowdock to it, Thank you!
Gotta LOVE The Smooth Generation down in NOLA!!!! Peace and Balance!!!
