Shipping times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you did not receive an email confirmation after your order was placed, check your spam folder. Sometimes emails get routed there.

We occasionally ship Saturdays during high volume times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates - United States

  • Shipping takes from 2-7 BUSINESS days to arrive. (10-15 BUSINESS days during high volume times or holidays)

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (depends on your destination)

  • We offer free shipping on orders $75 or more with a standard delivery time frame of 2-7 business days. (depends on your destination)  FOR UNITED STATES ONLY (Bulk Items are excluded from free shipping due to weight).

  • Bulk Items are excluded from free shipping due to weight.
  • Delays in shipping may occur during holidays.
  • Our main carriers are the USPS and UPS for domestic orders.

  • We DO NOT offer local pick-ups.

  • Same-day orders are those placed before 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. In the event that you place your order after 6 pm EST, your order will be considered day one the next business day.

  • Once a package has shipped out of our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package. shipping details emails are sent to customers when their order has shipped. If you did not receive an email confirmation after your order was placed, check your spam folder. Sometimes emails get routed there.

BULK ORDERS: Bulk orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure that it is received.

Shipping to P.O. boxes - We ship to most P.O. boxes throughout The United States, Puerto Rico & The US Virgin Islands with our carrier USPS.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping to Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom.

  • Shipping rates vary - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. (depends on destination and your country's customs agency).

  • International shipping rates are calculated by the carrier/s based on your location. We cannot change or manipulate any shipping rates/prices/amounts with the carriers.
  • We DO NOT offer free shipping for international orders.
  • We Do Not ship Herbal Tonics, such as the Cleanse & Rejuvenate to SOME international destinations. 

    There are Customs and Import Restrictions on this product.

  • International orders CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on food products (herbs and teas included)  that have been shipped to a customer. This would violate all health and safety regulations and for sanitary reasons. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned to us.

  • International shipping times: can take from 8-20 days depending on the destination and custom inspection. (keep in mind weather and natural disasters can alter these time frames)

  • If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thesmoothgeneration.com with your name, email, and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thesmoothgeneration.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (Please allow up to 48hrs for a reply).

  • The Smooth Generation is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges on orders shipped outside of the United States, nor will it cover or reimburse them. Additionally, once a package has left the United States, we are not responsible for any delays or problems caused by customs, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS, UPS, AND/OR FEDEX to the local carrier in your country.

  •  To determine what these additional costs will be, please contact your country's customs office before submitting your order.

  • Once a package has shipped out of our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package. shipping details emails are sent to customers when their order has shipped.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, you must contact us via email at support@thesmoothgeneration.com to cancel your order.

If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel. Thereafter, the sale is final. 

Q. How fast does my order ship?

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased. We cannot accept returns on food products (herbs and teas included)  that have been shipped to a customer. This would violate all health and safety regulations and for sanitary reasons. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned to us.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All of our shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS with added insurance. If your package was stolen or not received, a claim must be filed with the carrier to report the issue. The carrier will investigate the issue and address it accordingly.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?

We are sorry to inform you, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Please ensure that your address is correctly entered before placing your order.

However, your order is marked "returned to sender" by the carrier, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to re-ship, you must purchase a re-ship fee. If you’d rather not have your order re-shipped, we will issue a refund or credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment,  to CANADA, AUSTRALIA & UNITED KINGDOM only. Additional customs fees & taxes may apply depending on your destination. Shipping rates vary - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Taxes and duties may also be calculated at checkout. (depends on destination).

Q. What happens if my order is "returned to sender"? 

Once your order is marked "returned to sender" by the carrier, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to re-ship, you must purchase a re-ship fee. If you’d rather not have your order re-shipped, we will issue a refund or credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
