I have never tasted this by itself but I do mix it in with my Alkaline tea and hibiscus. I have to say, I absolutely love it for my hair. I tried the nettle rinse for my hair and it gave me shine and softer feeling hair. A must try!
NEttle leaf is my absolute favorite, its amazing.
