Alkaline Sleepy Tea

CHAMOMILE: This plant's natural properties aid sleep and digestion. In addition, chamomile improves digestive health, controls blood sugar levels, prevents osteoporosis, and improves heart health.

CATNIP:  The herb catnip has historically been used for diarrhea, gas, and stomach cramps. It relieves intestinal muscle spasms. Drinking catnip tea may help to soothe the digestive system. Catnip tea has traditionally been used in many cultures to treat infant colic and promote sleep.

LINDEN LEAF:  linden leaf tea can soothe the digestive system and relax the smooth muscles of the intestine. It may also reduce inflammation, helping to relieve pain and discomfort associated with digestive issues. Linden tea also has several sedative properties, which can assist with falling asleep, reducing anxiety, and calming restless nerves.

VALERIAN ROOT:  Valerian is commonly used to treat sleep disorders, especially insomnia. It is often combined with blue vervain, chamomile, or other herbs that assist with sleep disorders. Valerian is also known to help relax and strengthens the uterus.
