I did not expect to feel any "significant changes" within the first week. I honestly thought it would be one of those subtle changes that you notice after a month or so. I took it on an empty stomach, and I was in the restroom within a few minutes taking out stuff that, I could tell, was a little old. I usually feel inflammation in my gut and have a slower metabolism, and after a week I definitely felt the inflammation go down. I event felt my appetite change and crave more raw foods. My body was very receptive to this tea.
